Tanaka Kingdom Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy for Tanaka Kingdom
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges and conditions will apply:
• All cancellations must be made in writing to our reservations office and be emailed to bookings@tanakakingdom.com.Tanaka Kingdom will take compassionate circumstances into account at its own discretion. In such an event, clients may reschedule their stay once within 30 days of the original date of arrival. Payments received will be credited to such a rescheduled booking.
• Cancellation from the date of confirmation up to 15 days prior to arrival: Full refund
• Cancellation 7 – 14 days prior to arrival: A voucher for future use with the voucher only valid for 30 days and any rate differences to be paid by the customer.
• Cancellation 2 – 6 days prior to arrival: 25% of the invoice to be charged.
• Cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival: 50% of the invoice to be charged.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival: No refund/full amount to be charged.
• All refunds are to be done within 30 days from the date of arrival via bank transfer and any bank charges applicable to the refund will be borne by the client.
